Murder attempt on AP project engineer

Nizamabad, Andhra Pradesh, Sep 22 (UNI) Unidentified assailants attacked Mr Annam Naidu, Deputy Executive Engineer of the Sriramsagar Project, here late last night inflicting stab injuries.

According to police, the assailants attacked Mr Naidu with knives and seriously injured him.

However, when he raised an alarm, the attackers fled the scene.

Mr Naidu was admitted to a local hospital were he was recovering from the injuries.
