Seoul, Sep 22 (UNI) Rahil Gangjee returned his second successive one under 70 card to make the cut whereas compatriot Amandeep Johl had a nightmarish outing and his four-over 75 card saw him falling by the wayside at the 700,000 dollar Kolon-Hana Bank Korea Open here today.
At the halfway mark, Gangjee aggregates two-under 140 and is 10 shots off the leader, Korea's Kang Ji-man.
The Korean intends to topple former US Open champion -- Retif Goosen after a scintillating eight-under-par 63 gave him the halfway lead.
Kang, 30, was in superb form to shoot an eagle and seven birdies against a lone bogey on his home course at the par-71 Woo Jeong Hills Country Club.
Meanwhile, joint overnight leader Goosen had a substandard round as he carded one-over 72 to slip to the tied 13th postion.
