Five kids buried alive under earth

Jaipur, Sep 22 (UNI) Five children died while another was seriously injured when they were digging out earth in Alwar district today.

According to police sources, the incident occured when the children were busy digging out earth from a khadan (earthen mine) for their kutcha houses in Kundli village under Bansur police station.

The earth carved in and thus they were burried alive.

However, the villagers were able to rescue one child Rohitash, who now has been admitted to a hospital in Kotputli with serious injuries.

The deceased were identified as six-year old Rajendra, Ramchandra, Gullu, eight-year old Puja and 10-year old Sawpna.

Police say 10 missing after German gas explosion

BERLIN, Sep 22 (Reuters) Police were searching for 10 people after a gas explosion in a village in northern Bavaria destroyed an apartment block and barn complex, a police spokesman said today.
