Chennai, Sep 13 (UNI) After its 2002 success, premier entertainment channel SET MAX will bring back ''Extraaa innings'' the cricketing presentation of the ICC Champions Trophy 2006, to be held in India from October 7 to November 5.

Talking to reporters here today, SeT India Private Limited Executive Vice-President and Business Head-MAX Albert Almeida said the telecast of all the matches in the mega cricketing event would begin with ''extraaa innings'' at 1230 pm on all match days.

''Extraaa innings will start two hours before the live action and will continue through the lunch break and for one hour after the match''.

Hosted by Mandira Bedi and Charu Sharma, ''extraaa innings'', after its roaring success in the 2002 Champions Trophy held at Colombo, will be back with a host of new and exciting features.

To add to the glitz, glamour and entertainment, Set MAX has roped in popular TV stars Rohit Roy and Shonali Nagrani as part of Max's cricketing presentation.

While Rohit would be co-presenting various entertainment segments of 'extraaa innings' along with Mandira and Charu, Shonali would add a huge dash of glamour and entertainment as the roving reporter.

It would be a judicious mix of serious cricketing action for the hardcore cricket buff and wholesome entertainment for the entire family, Mr Almeida said.
