Chhattarpur Maharaja cremated

Chhattarpur, MP, Sep 13 (UNI) The mortal remains of Mr Bhawani Singh Judeo, former ruler of the princely state of Chhattarpur, were cremated here today.

Mr Judeo died yesterday following heart attack. He was 86.

His grandson and MLA Vikram Singh lit the funeral pyre.

His only son Balwant Singh had died few years back.

Hundreds of people including Tribal Welfare Minister Vijay Shah, Collector Ajatshatru and Superintendent of Police Chanchal Shekhar attended the funeral.
