13 killed in a road accident in Haryana

Bhiwani, Aug 25 (UNI) As many as 13 people were killed and eleven injured in a road accident near Charkhi Dadri in Bhiwani district of Haryana today.

The accident occurred when a tempo collided with an oncoming truck near Charkhi Dadri this evening.

Twelve of the deceased belonged to Lohar wala village, Police said.

All the eleven injured were hospitalised.

Lucknow, Aug 25 (UNI) Journalist B C Tiwari today died in a car accident in Bara Banki district here. Sources said Tiwari (57), who worked as a part-time journalist for UNI in Rae Bareli, was seriously injured in a car accident near Rudauli village of the neighbouring Bara Banki district.
