Aussie diva Deni Hines may file suit over Warne link

Sydney, Aug 14 (UNI) Aussie diva Deni Hines may file a defamation suit over internet claims that she and Shane Warne were lovers.

Hines' manager Karen-lee Goody said the claim, carried on a controversial United States dating website, was utterly false and warned that the Aussie diva would sue those responsible if the message was not removed.

''She has never been with Shane Warne. She only met him at a charity event in Melbourne late last year,'' Ms Goody was quoted as saying by Herald Sun.

''I get her phone bills and I can say for sure there have been no text messages either.'' The anonymous posting on the website, www.dontdatehimgirl.com, had alleged that Warne would regularly fly to Sydney to meet ''DH'', who it says is the daughter of an Australian Idol judge.

It alleged the affair occurred before he had left wife Simone Callahan and adds: ''Stay tuned: many more to come!!'' The site describes itself as a place where women around the world can share their dating experiences with each other. It has already been the subject of number of litigations in the United States.
