Thundershowers likely in Coastal AP

Hyderabad , Jul 18 (UNI) Isolated rain occurred over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Rayalaseema.

According to meterological department here, isolated rain or thundershowers, were likely to occur over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Rayalaseema during the next 48 hours.

The chief amount of rainfall recorded in cm during the last 24 hours were; Chinnoor (Adilabad dist) three, Atmakur(Kurnool dist), Mancherial (Adilabad dist), Vizianagaram (Vizianagaram dist) were one each.

Rain or thundershowers were likely in parts of city during the next 48 hours, the Centre added.

Heavy rain in isolated places predicted in Sikkim

Gangtok, Jul 18 (UNI) Met office here predicted a cloudy sky with a possibility of moderate to havey rain in many places in Sikkim during the next 24 hours. The state recorded a rainfall of 27.88 mm during the last 24 hours. The maximum temperature was 22.5 degrees Celsius and minimum was 18.5 degrees Celsius.
