State Chairmen of Congress Minority department announced

New Delhi, July 18 (UNI) The All India Congress Committee today appointed the heads of Minority Department in 11 states.

While Mr Mohammed Sirajuddin would head the department in Andhra Pradesh, Mr Vajeer Khan Pathan would be the chairman of the department in Gujarat.

Mr Abbas N Shaikh, Prof Saluddin Ansari (Jharkhand), Mr Raj Kumar Paira (Nagaland), Mr K K Kochumuhamad (Kerala), Mr Saifula Bashir Khan (Goa), Mr K Khalid (Lakshadweep), Mr Md Salatur Rahman (Manipur), Mr V Mohamad Ali (Andaman and Nicobar Islands) and Mr Sageer Ahmed (Karnataka) are the others appointed.

Sunil Sipaeya fails to qualify for Indianapolis Championship

JKCA suspended two members for their anti-association activities

Srinagar, July 18 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) has suspended general secretary Saleem Khan and G M Ronga for their anti-association activities.
