Registration for admission to PG courses extended till July 24

New Delhi, July 18 (UNI) The Delhi University today extended till July 24 the registration for admission to post graduate courses in Mathematics, Statistics and Operational Research.

''It is notified that the last date of registration for admission to MA or MSc courses in Mathematics, Statistics and Operational Research under the Faculty of Mathematical Sciences of the University of Delhi has been extended till July 24,'' according to a statement.

The registration was initially scheduled to close today.

Basirhat, July 18 (UNI) A Bangladeshi national was killed in BSF firing at Tarali under Swarupnagar police station in North 24 Parganas early today. Sources said the victim was a cattle smuggler.
