Mali minister visits RCF for coach import

Kapurthala, July 14 (UNI) Mali Minister of Equipment and Transport, Abdoulaye Koita visited Rail Coach Factory (RCF) for importing Indian coaches for Mali.

RCF bagged an order for manufacture and supply of 50 coaches to run between Senegal and Mali.

The Minister yesterday, accompanied by Technical Advisor Nambougary TRAORE, seemed impressed by the modern infrastructure of the factory and its capabilities in coach manufacturing.

He visited the workshop to see modern machines and techniques used by RCF in the manufacturing of Stainless steel coaches. He was also shown ALSTOM LHB design 3-Tier AC Coach, Conventional Air Condition Coach and Meter Gauge Day Coach being manufactured by RCF for export to Senegal, to give an idea of superior interior and upgradation of technology.

ATS recovers leads; investigation followed up

Mumbai, July 13 (UNI) The Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) probing the Tuesday's serial train bomb blasts today said it has received some 'clues and leads'. Joint Commissioner of Police R P Raghuvanshi, who is also the in-charge of ATS, told mediapersons here that, ''We have some leads and the investigating team is following them up.'' PM to visit blasts victims tomorrow

Mumbai, July 13 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will visit the city tomorrow and call on the injured in the serial train blasts at different hospitals. Official sources said Dr Singh will arrive here at 1330 hrs and visit hospitals. The sources, however, did not give the names of the hospitals he will visit. Guj BJP stage demonstrations to condemn Mumbai blasts

Ahmedabad, July 13 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party activists here today staged a demonstration to condemn the killing of innocent people in the serial train bomb blasts in Mumbai.
