SC stays proceedings involving property of ruler of Khetri

New Delhi, May 22 (UNI) The Supreme Court today stayed the proceedings pending in the civil court, Khetri, Jaipur involving the property of former ruler of Khetri Raja Bahadur Sardar Singh.

A vacation bench comprising Mr. Justices Arijit Pasayat and R.V. Raveendran today issued notices on a petition filed by Khetri Trust seeking transfer of Khetri civil suit to Delhi high court where probate petition seeking to probate the will of late ruler is already pending on the grounds that the same property was the subject matter of the case which include property number 5, Sardar Patel Marg, New Delhi.

The Trust was created by the former ruler of Khetri in which members of his family are trustees as per the will of the former Raja.

Punjab CM affirms on RIL project in agri sector

11 security personnel among 30 injured in Srinagar blasts

Srinagar, May 22 (UNI) A day before the 2nd Round Table confernce to be held here on May 24-25, militants struck yet again today in a big way hurling three hand grenades in the city causing injuries to 30 people, including eleven security personnel. These attacks came barely 24 hours after fidayeen attack on a Congress rally near here yeterday afternoon.
