Mangalore records 1 cm rain

Bangalore, May 22 (UNI) Following is a Summary of observations recorded by the weather office at 0830 hours here today. Rainfall occurred at isolated places over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. Dry weather prevailed over North Interior Karnataka.

Mangalore recorded 1 cm rainfall.

Maximum temperatures changed little over the State. They were appreciably above normal at most places over Coastal Karnataka and remained normal over Interior Karnataka.

Raichur recorded highest maximum temperature of 39.0 degrees celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Wednesday morning: Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at isolated places over the State.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at isolated places over all districts of Coastal Karnataka, North Interior Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka.

Forecast for Bangalore: Mainly clear skies. Maximum temperature would be around 33 degrees celsius UNI GM1631
