New Delhi, May 22 (UNI) Man Industries (India) Ltd, manufacturer and exporter of SAW Pipes and Aluminium Extrusion, today announced it has registered a net profit of Rs 35.05 crore with a 91.32 per cent increase for the year 2005-06 as against the previous year.
The total sales for the current fiscal stood at Rs 869.93 crore as against Rs 510.34 crore in the previous year, with an increase of 70.46 per cent.
The Earnings per Share (EPS) for the same year stood at Rs 18.27 as against Rs 9.64 in the previous year.
The board also recommended a dividend of 25 per cent per share at Rs 2.50.
Commenting on the performance Man Industries Chairman R C Mansukhani, said, ''We have acheived an impressive growth in the current year in all sectors in terms of consolidation of capacity, raising of finance and good profitability.
