Hero Honda's April'06 bike sales up 6.3 pc to 250,366 units

Mumbai, May 01 (UNI) Hero Honda Motors Ltd, a Munjal Group company, has posted 6.3 per cent rise in motorbike sales for the month of April 2006 at 250,366 units as compared to 235,422 units in the same month last fiscal, said a company's release today.

Japan's Honda Motor Co. holds 26 percent equity in Hero Honda Motors, it added.

Honda Siel sales revs up 27 pc in April'06

Mumbai, May 01 (UNI) Honda Siel Cars India (HSCI) today reported a 27.3 per cent increase in sales in April over the corresponding month in 2005. Announcing this, the company's release said it sold a total of 4,551 units in April as against 3,575 units in the same month last year. Cumulative sales for the calendar year period January-April 2006, also registered an increase of 22 per cent, at 17,430 units as against 14,275 units.....

Project to establish international trade link with NE

New Delhi, May 1 (UNI) Honda Siel Cars India Ltd (HSCI), manufacturer of Honda City and Honda Accord, recorded a growth of 27.3 per cent having sold 4,551 units in April 2006 as against 3,575 units in the corresponding period last year. HSCI's cumulative sales rose by 22 per cent at 17,430 units from 14,275 units during January-April 2006 for the same period last year. Honda City, the flagship model from HSCI, registered sales of 4,007.....
