Dry weather prevailed over the state.
Maximum temperatures changed little over the state. They were above normal at most places being appreciably so at many places over south interior karnataka and above normal at a few places over coastal karnataka and north interior karnataka.
Raichur recorded highest maximum temperature of 42.1 degree celsius over the state.
Forecast valid until wednesday morning: Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at isolated places over interior karnataka and mainly dry weather may prevail over coastal karnataka.
Farmers weather bulletin: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at isolated places over Bidar, Gulbarga, Bagalkote, Koppal, Bijapur and Raichur districts of north interior karnataka and Bellary, Tumkur, Chitradurga, Davanagere districts of south itnerior karnataka. Mainly dry weather may prevail over all districts of coastal karnataka and remaining districts of north interior karnataka and south interior karnataka.
