Bhim Singh serves notice to RS Pathak

New Delhi, May 1 (UNI) Chairman of J&K National Panthers Party Professor Bhim Singh today served a notice to Justice RS Pathak, probing allegations in the wake of the Volcker report, Accusing Justice Pathak of tarnishing his image by mentioning his name among benefeciaries, Mr Singh has also claimed damages of 7.3 million dollars from Justice RS Pathak.

Mr Singh has also quoted from the Volcker report to plead innocence.

"Volcker in his report has categorically stated that Mr Bhim Singh didn't lift even a drop of oil in spite of the fact that 7.3 million barrels allegedly were allotted against his name,'' he added.
