Ramvilas criticises Left Front in Asansol rally

Asansol, Apr 29 (UNI) Union Steel Minister Ram Vilas Paswan today said the ruling Left Front government in West bangal will not be able to come to power in.

Addressing mediapersons here today, Mr Paswan said, ''It will be difficult for them to come to power in West Bengal this time.'' Meanwhile, former chief minister Siddhartha Sankar Ray also lashed at the Left Front government.

He criticised the Left parties for damaging work culture in the state.

He urged the voters to exercise their ballat against the Left parties.

''Left Front government is responsible for closure of industrial units and collieries in Asansol and Durgapur, '' Mr Roy added.

Mahajan undergoes another surgery

Mumbai, Apr 29 (UNI) Senior BJP leader Pramod Mahajan, who is on dialysis and life support, underwent another surgical procedure today. Kochi, Apr 29 (UNI) Kerala Industries Minister V K Ibrahim Kunju, Justice V R Krishna Iyer and Major Archbishop Cardinal Varki Vithayathil were among those who made it to the polling booths early in Ernakulam district today.
