Dredging Corporation Q4 net profit up at Rs 53.95 crore

Mumbai, Apr 29 (UNI) Dredging Corporation of India Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 53.95 crore in Q4 FY 06 as against Rs 33.01 crore in Q4 FY 05, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today.

The company's total income has also increased from Rs 145 crore in Q4 FY 05 to Rs 146.15 crore in Q4 FY 06.

For FY 06, the company's net profit increased to Rs 171.50 crore as compared to Rs 113.29 crore in FY 05. Its total income has, however, decreased from Rs 551.62 crore in FY 05 to Rs 538.80 crore in FY 06.

BEML's Q4 FY 06 net profit slips

Mumbai, Apr 29 (UNI) Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) has registered a fall in its net profit at Rs 86.12 crore in Q4 FY 06 as against Rs 126.33 crore in Q4 FY 05, the company informed the BSE today. Its total income, net of excise, has, however, increased from Rs 754.14 crore in Q4 FY 04-05 to Rs 836.58 crore in Q4 FY 06. For FY 06, BEML's net profit stands at Rs 183.39 crore as.....

AP achieves 51 per cent growth rate in IT exports

Hyderabad, Apr 29 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh has retained the highest growth rate among the states in the country, achieving more than 51 per cent growth over last year's exports, state IT secretary Ms K Ratna Prabha said today. Addressing the press here, Mr Ratna said the state has achieved 51 per cent growth rate against a national average growth rate of 36 per cent. The exports of the IT industry from the state was Rs 12,521.....

Hyderabad, Apr 29 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh IT secretary Ms Ratna Prabha today said new Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) would be set up at Kakinada, apart from the existing five STPI locations in the state.
