''At the time of privatising the power distribution system of Delhi on July 1, 2002, the Chief Minister had promised the people of Delhi cheap, good quality and uninterrupted power. These assurances have been forgotten. Now, six to 12 hours load shedding is being done daily and the government is sitting idle,''he said.
