Vertex Spinning's offer to MIDC for a textile zone in Amravati

Mumbai, Apr 24 (UNI) Vertex Spinning Ltd has offered its services to Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) to come up with a textile zone at Nardhana in Amaravati.

Both the Vertex Spinning and the MIDC have informed the BSE of their willingness to form a joint venture (JV) in setting up a textile zone.

According to MIDC Chairman R M Naikhede, the MIDC has invited Vertex Spinning next week for a detailed discussion on the issue.

Indiabulls Q4 net profit up 236%

New Delhi, Apr 24 (UNI) India Bulls today announced an increase in net profit for the Fourth Quarter(Q4) by 236 per cent with a figure of Rs 80.38 crore. Income for the period registered a growth of 179 per cent with a total income of Rs 195.5 crore. Earnings per share increased to Rs 4.63 from Rs 2.02 for the corresponding quarter in the previous year. This is an Y-on-Y growth of 129 per cent......
