RBI rupee reference rate three paise up at 45.06 per USD

Mumbai, Apr 24 (UNI) Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for rupee at 45.06 per US dollar, three paise up from the previous rate of 45.09, an official spokesperson here said.
BAGHDAD, Apr 24 (Reuters) A car bomb targeting an Iraqi police patrol exploded in central Baghdad today, killing at least three people and wounding 25 others, police said. They said the blast occurred near the Ministry of Health. There were no further details. Baramulla, Apr 24 (UNI) About 24 per cent voters today cast their ballots in three Assembly constituencies of Pattan, Rafiabad and Sangrama amid thick security blanket despite militant outfits and separatist groups urging the people to boycott polls. An official spokesman said about 24 per cent polling was recorded till 1100 hrs in these constituecies with no report of any major untoward incident. Long queues could be seen outside the polling stations much before the time......
