One held for trying to sell tiger skin

Hyderabad, Apr 24 (UNI) One person was arrested from a lodge here when he was trying to sell tiger skin.

The sleuths of Task Force, on a tip off, conducted a raid on the lodge yesterday and picked up one Kumaraswamy of Warangal district, who was trying to sell the tiger skin.

The police seized two tiger skins from him. Later, they were sent for forensic examination, the police said.

The Task Force handed over the culprit to Malakpet police, who arrested him, according to police.

Lucknow, Apr 24 : Three people alongwith 1355 pirated and pornographic CDs were held from the Gomti Nagar area here.Senior Police Superintendent Ashutosh Pandey yesterday said Dhiraj Gupta, Pramod Verma and Anil Mishra were held near the Gomti Barage and 1355 pirated CDs containing pornographic material were seized from them.A car and electronic equipments were also seized from the spot, further investigations were on, Mr Pandey added.UNI.....
