CSS Group acquires e-Brahma Technologies

Chennai, Apr 24: CSS Group, the San Jose Headquartered IT Services Group with offshore facilities in Chennai today announced that it has acquired e-Brahma Technologies, the Coimbatore headquartered IT Services firm specialising in ERP Space.

A company press release said here that the acquisition had been fully funded from internal reserves. Paramasivam, founder e- Brahma will join the group as VP Engineering and Ramasubramaniam, co-founder of E-brahma will head the ERP offerings of the CSS group.

The CSS Group consists of SlashSupport (Technical Support), ReadyTestGo (Software Testing), Cybernet Software Systems (Software Services) and Synaptris (Software Products).

The CSS Group has an offshore infrastructure presence in Chennai, India across nine delivery centres and over 125 global customers, many of whom are Fortune 500 enterprises.

e-Brahma has competence in J2EE/J2ME/C++ and a proven track record in Navision, an Enterprise Business Solution for SMEs. The company is also a Microsoft Business Solutions partner for Navision.

e-Brahma also has a strong presence in the Private&Investment Banking domain and the company has executed several projects for global organisations in the US and Europe.

e-Brahma's exposure to this domain, spans areas, such as, Portfolio Management, Investment Planning, Data Feed Routing and Management, the release added.

Poll official among 3 injured in grenade blast in Kashmir
