BPCL to add 10 more 'In

New Delhi, Apr 24 (UNI) Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) today announced that it will add 10 more 'In and Out' convenience stores in the capital by the end of 2006-07, as part of its retail outlets expansion plan.

India's second largest oil marketing company, BPCL, also plans to make available its high-octane petrol, Speed 97, for high-end cars in 10 more petrol retail outlets.

''BPCL has introduced high-octane petrol for high-performance cars that are currently using available petrol owing to lack of such fuel resulting in lower performance,'' BPCL North India General Manager (Marketing) Arjun Hira said.

''Speed 97 is presently available in six big cities in the country and 21 more cities across the country are being targeted for this fuel. In North India, it will be soon introduced in Ludhiana, Jalandhar and Chandigarh,'' Mr Hira added.

BPCL Territory Manager, Delhi, R I A Khan said, ''The company has also been pioneering the convenience retailing initiative under the 'In&Out Convenience Store' brand through its retail outlets which offer a wide range of products and services, enabling customers to complete their household errands and top-up shopping under one roof in a self-service environment.'' Below normal monsoon this year: IMD
