BJP workers offer prayers for Mahajan's speedy recovery

Bangalore, Apr 24 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers offered special 'poojas' at a temple here today, praying for the speedy recovery of party leader Pramod Mahajan, who is battling for life at the Hinduja hospital in Mumbai.

A large number of BJP workers took part in the special prayer organised at the Lakshminarasimhaswamy temple.

Prayer meetings were also held at various district offices of the party, besides its main state offfice here.

Mr Mahajan was critically wounded when his brother Pravin Mahajan shot him at his residence in Mumbai on Saturday.
