Bharat Suraksha Yatra in Rajasthan on May 5

Jaipur, Apr 24: The BJP's 'Bharat Suraksha Yatra' will reach Rajasthan on May five.

The yatra led by BJP president Rajnath Singh will reach Patli village situated on the borders of Punjab and Rajasthan on May five evening. The yatra was declared after the recent Varanasi blasts and is an attempt to make the masses aware about 'the deteriorating law and order situation and the rising threat to the internal security' of the country.

Disclosing this, yatra co-ordinator Satish Punia said Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, state unit president Dr Mahesh Sharma, Rajasthan's incharge of state affairs Kalraj Mishra and several other ministers, legislators and officials would be present to welcome him.

The yatra expected to touch Ganganagar, Bikaner, Nagaur, Sikar, Jhunjhunu and Churu.

Scottish police hold two under anti-terrorism law

LONDON, Apr 24 (Reuters) Scottish police said they had arrested two men under anti-terrorism laws today, less than two weeks after they held another man using the same powers. The men, aged 40 and 25, were held at an address in Alva, Clackmannanshire, under the Terrorism Act 2000 and detectives were also searching a property in the nearby Bridge of Allan where part of the University of Stirling is located. ''This is a major ongoing inquiry.....
