Our BPO business has remained steady despite several challenges that we faced in the beginning of the year. The existence of these two separate businesses which can offset each other's performance has been one reason we have fared better than many competitors our size. Going forward, we are hopeful of getting them to perform positively in an integrated manner. We believe that we will then have substantially de-risked our financials.'' UNI SN KU AW1702
