Smaller states not possible for now: Rao

Tirupati, Apr 7 (UNI) It is very difficult to form 'smaller states' like Uttaranchal, Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand in the next eight years, APSRTC Chairman Gone Prakash Rao today said.

Addressing a press conference here, Mr Rao said separate states like Telangana could be possible only when a single party got majority in Parliament.

Challenging the deadlines set by TRS Leaders for carving out separate Telangana, he asked them to first prove their strength in Medak and Karimnagar constituencies in the coming panchayat lections.

Scientists discover pancreatitis gene
