DMA pledges to provide quality healthcare

New Delhi, Apr 7 (UNI) The Delhi Medical Association (DMA) today pledged to work along with all those involved in providing quality healthcare in society.

''The support staff and the paramedics are involved in a big way in providing quality healthcare... and we all must commit to work together,'' DMA Convenor Ashwini Dalmiya told reporters here during the World Health Day celebrations.

The DMA asked its members to conduct training sessions to update the paramedical staff in their respective fields.

Several doctors were honoured for their contribution towards providing standard healthcare.

Hoggard puts down poor form to ''lack of rhythm''

HC asks Registrar to verify illegal structures

Mumbai, Apr 7 (UNI) Bombay High Court today asked the Registrar to appoint an officer to verify the illegal stalls and encroachments on the pathway along the internationally famous Haji Ali Dargah at Worli. A division bench comprising Justices F I Rebeillo and A V Mohta gave the directions today during the hearing of a petition filed by Haji Ali Dargah Trust, seeking court's nod to demolish the illegal structures, except the five stalls.....
