Couple killed in mishap in AP village

Adilabad, Andhra Pradesh, Apr 7 (UNI) A young couple was killed in a road mishap at Kyathanapally Village here today.

Chikoti Murali Mohan (30) and his wife Kavya (28) died on the spot when their motorcycle was hit by a speeding van near Kyathanapally Village.

They were native of Mandamarri. The incident happened when they were returning from a hospital in Mancherial, police said.

Patna, Apr 7 (UNI) A High Alert has been sounded along the Indo-Nepal international border adjoining Bihar following a series of Maoists attacks in Nepal. DIG of Seema Shasatra Bal (SSB) S K Jha told UNI today a strict vigil was being maintained along the 800-km international border area. He said seven companies of SSB had been deployed in the border area to thwart any Maoist attempt to sneak into the Indian side following the crackdown,.....
