Azad expresses grief over bus accident

Jammu, Apr 7 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Governor Lt Gen (Retd) S K Sinha, Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, Deputy Chief Minister Muzaffar Husain Baig and many ministers have expressed deep shock over the loss of lives in a bus accident that took place at Shashu Kishtwar today.

In a condolence message here, Lt Gen Sinha has conveyed his sympathies to the bereaved families and prayed for peace of the departed. He directed the concerned for appropriate medical treatment to the injured.

Union minister for water resources, Prof Saifuddin Soz, Transport minister Mangat Ram Sharma, state ministers for road and building Gulchain Singh Charak and state minister for rural development Babu Singh have also expressed grief over the incident.

15 candidates file nomination papers

Bhopal, Apr 7 (UNI) Fifteen candidates, including Congress' Rajkumar Patel, filed nomination paper for the by-election to Budhni assembly constituency on the last day today. With this a total of 18 candidates, including BJP leader and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, have filed nomination paper for the by-election to the constituency.
