Two militants surrender

Baramulla, Mar 25 (UNI) Two Kashmiri militants surrendered before security forces immediately after crossing over to this side in Uri sector, official sources said.

Mudasar Ahmad Zargar and Gowhar Majeed, resident of Tanmarg, entered this side from Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) early this morning near Kaman post in Uri sector, sector added.

They later surrendered before the security forces.

The two had crossed over to PoK for receiving arms training few years back.

With this a total of nine militants have so far surrendered after their return from PoK during the past one month.

A woman also surrendered along with her four children last week in the same area.
