Manipur boys defeat Assam

Amritsar, Mar 25 (UNI) Manipur defeated Assam in the 16th National Senior Fencing Championship held here today.

District Fencing Association general secretary Nirmal Singh said that in the Foil event Manipur with 15 points stood first, Assam stood second and Punjab and Army were declared joint winner for the third position.

In the Epee event in Women category, again Manipur stood first with 13 points, Assam stood second with eight points for the third position Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir were declared joint winner.

New Delhi, Mar 25 (UNI) The Delhi Police have unearthed a manufacturing unit in the Fatehpuri area of Central Delhi producing fake Shahnaz Hussain cosmetics and arrested two people in this connection. The racket was unearthed with the arrest of one Sanjay Rajpal from the Anand Vihar area who used to market fake products of Shahnaz Hussain and 79 packs of the fake cosmetics along with a label were seized from his possession.
