Eight killed in car-lorry collision

Bijapur, Mar 25 (UNI) Eight people were killed when a car in which they were travelling collided head on with a truck near Kudagi, 32 km from here, this morning.

While seven people were killed on the spot, one person succumbed to injuries in a local hospital. The deceased were on their way to Koppal and hail from Bhutnal Tanda, 10 km from here, police said.
