Missing student recovered from Bhopal

Patna, Mar 10 (UNI) Abhishek Chandan, a student of Don Bosco school who was missing from Patna for the last two days, was recovered by the police at Bhopal railway station yesterday.

Deputy police superintendent(Sachivalay) Sridhar Mandal said Abhishek was missing from Gardanibagh police station area.

He was found in an unconscious state by the railway police at Bhopal railway station and his identity could be ascertained on the basis of a diary recovered from his possession.

Abhishek was admitted to a hospital in Bhopal for treatment.

A team of local police had been sent to Bhopal to bring the student back.

A case had been lodged with the concerned police station.

Banking service in Manipur affected

PREPAK to stop contract work

Imphal, Mar 10 (UNI) The cash-strapped rebel People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK) decided not to participate in government contract work since it affected the cadres' morale. PREPAK, however, said it would complete the work it had already taken up.
