Mahindra finance fixes IPO priceing at Rs 200

Mumbai, Mar 10 (UNI) Mahindra&Mahindra Financial Services Ltd today said that it has fixed the price of its initial public offering at Rs 200 per share, the upper end of a previously set band of Rs 170-200.

The 20 million share issue by the finance unit of tractor and utility vehicle maker Mahindra&Mahindra Ltd, raised Rs 400 crore.

Shares in the company will be listed on the stock exchanges shortly, the company said in a notice.

Mixed response for Dakshina Kannada dist bandh
