Missing tribals traced

Port Blair, Feb 22 (UNI) Three missing Nicobari tribals of Champin Island were traced at Upper Katchal Island and brought to Kamorta Island on February 20.

They were reported missing in their mechanised boat since February 19.

The search operation, which lasted for about eight hours, was conducted with the help of Kamorta police by deploying the vessel MV Badam.

Korean ship accused of illegal entry

New Delhi, Aug 18: Reports say that the North Korean ship MV Mu San is going to be booked under Indian Maritime Act for its illegal entry into Little Andaman.It is said that the particular ship carrying 17,000 tonnes of sugar was headed for Iraq. US aware of India's step on detained N Korean ship

Washington, Aug 11: The US state department on Tuesday, Aug 11 said that it was aware of the steps taken by the Indian government with regard to detained suspicious North Korean Ship MV Mu San.US state department spokesman Robert Wood said, "We are indeed aware of the steps that India took."
